Team Columbia-HTC Uniform

Developed for Highroad Sports, Inc., the owners of Team Columbia-HTC, the 09 Tour de France debut racing kit was an evolution of the previous design, while introducing new/modern elements that complimented the new co-sponsor, HTC.

The Highroad trademark yellow and white was highlighted by HTC’s brand color green. Clean lines and flowing shapes create a smooth, streamlined design that pays attention to the previous edition of the team kit with its anatomical armour – inspired by moto GP and high performance protective gear. The unique look stands out in the peloton and turns heads in any setting.

In order to achieve the clean and ’seamless’ looking design, careful attention was paid to the orientation of the fabric panels and how they are joined. Working closely with Highroad and MOA, the team’s clothing manufacturer, we were able to create a design that was continuous – something not commonly seen in sublimation.
