The challenge of a piece like this is keeping it brief. The team has a 7-month season that needs to be compressed into a relatively small number of pages. Cover letter, roster info, race calendar and results, event promotion, exposure, 2009 budget and sponsorship opportunities all needed to be organized and presented in a clear and concise way. It’s sort of like fitting 10 pounds of s*** in a 5-pound bag.

I think it worked out well. We’ll see in the coming weeks how effective it is while the team seeks to renew sponsorships and grow for 2009. A low resolution version can be viewed here:
